That’s why, we at Melchiò, have chosen to give you this chance and, alongside with our chef, you’ll find out the tricks and the techniques of preparing traditional italian dishes, maybe revisiting them with a little imagination
The cooking class will take place outdoor, in a beautiful sea-view scenery.
After having visited our biological garden, you’re going to enjoy a welcome drink, then you’re ready to start to prepare the fish based dishes, with the help of our chef Vito. At the end of the day you’re going to taste the food you cooked, letting yourself get caressed by the sea breeze, while drinking a good wine.

Other than that, if you choose to combine the exclusive cooking class and the Marisa Cuomo wine tour and tasting, you can sample two kind of wines from the famous Cuomo wineries.
Just like all the other packages, at the end of the one day experience you will be gifted with a Melchiò apron, a cookbook with our recipes and a bottle of limoncello, and don’t forget the ending cake, so you can bring with you a sweet memory of an amazing experience!
