If you want to have a real Italian cooking class we totally recommend Chef Vito!! He and his family were wonderful! We spent more than 4 hours learning how to cook home made pasta and traditional Italian dishes...

An amazing authentic private iltalian cooking class! Vito was a fantastic host, chef, and teacher! He taught us how to make zucchini parmagiana, from scratch pastas and a lemon zest chicken. Through out the lesson, we snacked on fresh cheeses and drank local wine in an outdoor garden kitchen with a view of the sea and cliffs!...

We had booked a cooking class and it started up perfectly. Vito and his family and coworkers were so nice but due to illness we had to cancel, but Vito and the others were the most helpful you can wish for. Some days later we were back for a fabulous dinner. We had a 2 year old girl with us and with full understanding for children Vito prepared a meal for her while we choose among all tempting dishes....
